  5.     Program Description:

  7.     Heart Smart is a Windows 3.1 program for monitoring 
  8.         calories, fat, and cholesterol in your diet.  The program 
  9.         includes a 900 item modifiable food list, and the ability 
  10.         to print a weekly menu.  The program features on-line 
  11.         documentation in the Heart Smart Help File.  Menus can be 
  12.         saved and retrieved for easy modification of a diet plan.

  14.     Hardware/Software Requirements:

  16.     Windows 3.1

  18.     Installation:
  19.  
  20.     Insert the floppy disk in your disk drive.  If the file 
  21.         is compressed, decompress the file using the appropriate 
  22.         decompression routine.  From Windows:
  23.  
  24.     Select run from Program Manager "File".
  25.     Type in A:INSTALL or B:INSTALL
  26.     Enter.
  27.  
  28.     The installation program will initialize and give you the 
  29.         opportunity to select a program group name and a 
  30.         directory name.
  31.  
  32.     Click on Install.
  33.  
  34.     The program files will be copied to your hard disk and a 
  35.         new program group will be added to program manager.
  36.  
  37.     The program is now ready to run.

  40.         shell manual for installation of this software.)
